Don’t Forget to Attest by April 30, 2017!

A reminder to all qualifying providers: April 30th 2017 is the deadline to attest for the Illinois Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program for the 2016 program year.

This deadline applies only to eligible providers who have registered for the program at the Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) website by the March 13, 2017 registration deadline for the Medicare/Medicaid EHR Incentive programs, but have not yet attested to the Illinois Medicaid EHR Incentive Program for 2016.
