A Message to the CHITREC Community Regarding Our COVID-19 Actions

Get Ready for MU Attestation!

The deadline to submit your Meaningful Use attestation is March 31, 2018. Don’t wait until the last minute! Now is the time to make sure those responsible for completing MU attestation have the information and access to do so successfully.

Take these steps now so you have time to troubleshoot any issues that may arise:

Step 1) Log in to IMPACT to confirm your account has domain access to every provider that will be attesting. Their names should appear in the first drop-down list, as shown below:

Step 2) Log in to each provider domain in IMPACT using either the Domain Administrator or EHR Domain Administrator profile.

Step 3) Click “External Links” and choose “EHR MIPP” to enter eMIPP.

Step 4) Click the “Start” button on the eMIPP home page and enter the provider’s CMS ID. Then click “Search” to access their attestation. If you do not know your provider’s CMS ID, please contact us.

Step 5) Click the pencil and paper icon in the row for program year 2017 to review the provider’s Federal Information details, confirming the associated Tax ID and email address are correct.

If you’re able to log in to IMPACT for all providers and everyone’s federal information looks correct, you’re ready to attest!

If you have trouble logging in to IMPACT or accessing provider attestations in eMIPP, watch our recent webinar on managing MU with HFS. You can access the webinar slides here.

Additionally, if you need to make changes to your federal information (such as your email address or Tax ID), watch our recent webinar on managing MU with CMS. You can access the webinar slides here.

As always, if you have any questions, please contact the Help Desk:
