Illinois Medicaid Promoting Interoperability Help Desk

The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) has contracted with CHITREC and the Illinois Health IT Regional Extension Center (ILHITREC) to provide education and outreach for the Illinois Medicaid Promoting Interoperability program. We support eligible providers as they progress through promoting interoperability (PI), formerly meaningful use (MU).

To ensure Illinois providers learn the answers to their trickiest PI questions, we operate a free-of-charge help desk staffed by our knowledgeable staff. We also offer personalized assistance for your practice and can identify the PI status of your providers. Give us a call and we’d be happy to help.
