Take Advantage of the New QPP Resource Center
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Quality Payment Program (QPP) is part of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA). The QPP is the new Medicare initiative focused on measuring quality and improving healthcare delivery. CMS recognizes that providers may need help understanding and participating in the QPP program. The QPP Resource CenterTM for the Midwest, funded by CMS, is a collaboration among 10 key partners across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. We are tasked with helping 35,000+ clinicians prepare for and participate in the QPP. If you are a small practice (15 or fewer clinicians), are in a rural area, Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA), or medically underserved area, the QPP Resource Center is right for you!
Our innovative technical assistance is free to eligible clinicians and available immediately. The new QPP Resource Center web portal will provide an array of educational tools and resources to help you create effective change within your practice. We review and assess all resources on our site for accuracy and usability. We also provide contextual information around the resource to help you understand what it is, who it is designed for, and how to use it. Our straightforward, self-directed resources can help you to assess your current state and the need to participate in Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), or the potential impact of belonging to an Alternate Payment Model (APM). QPP Advisors are available via live chat, phone, or email to answer your questions, help you leverage the tools and resources on the QPP Resource Center web portal, and support your successful participation in the CMS QPP program.
