For our providers who have already reached Stage 1 Meaningful Use with our help, we are encouraging them to stick with all of these changes (to continue to receive incentive dollars in subsequent years, providers must demonstrate they are Meaningful Users 365 days a year).
The final rules for Stage 2 of Meaningful Use are slated to be released this fall (for more information, read our Future Stages HIT 101 page). CHITREC has educated itself on the proposed rules and will be ready to help practices through workshops and new educational programs and services. Check back for more soon.
